The second stage of the 2026 CrossFit Games season is upon. This afternoon Adrian Bozman joined Chase Ingraham on the Sport of Fitness Podcast to reveal this year’s workouts for the CrossFit Quarterfinals.
There are four workouts. All scores must be submitted by 3:00 pm Eastern Time on Monday, March, 30.

WORKOUT 1
For Time:
10 Shuttle Runs (50-ft)
20 Overhead Squats (115/80 lb)
30 Lateral Burpees over the Bar
