2026 French Throwdown Workouts

The 2026 French Throwdown is coming up this weekend. It is the first in-person Semifinal outside of the United States. The 40 men and 40 women field will compete in an attempt to qualify for the CrossFit Games. The top 3 men and women will qualify for the 2026 CrossFit Games.

The 2026 French Throwdown is May 15-17 at the Arena Grand Paris in Tremblay-en-France, France. The elite individuals will take on six events (one with two parts) beginning on Friday and culminating on Sunday afternoon.
