The workouts for the individual Online Semifinals have been released. The five workouts will send the final seven men and seven women to the 2026 CrossFit Games. The top 2,000 worldwide from Quarterfinals will have the opportunity to take on these workouts.
But while we know the workouts, athletes will have to wait until Thursday at 3pm Eastern Time before officially doing the workouts. Between now and then athletes can practice, affiliate owners and head judges can work on getting the floor ready with tape lines and all judges can make sure they have their Advanced Judges Course completed.
