The NorCal Classic, or Northern California Classic if you prefer the formal name, has announced the dates for next year. The 2027 NorCal Classic will be held on May 21-23, 2027, at Discovery Park.
It’s a week earlier than last year, but at the same location.
While it hasn’t been officially announced that the NorCal Classic will return as a Semifinal competition for the 2027 CrossFit Games season, I’d bet some money it will be.
So for anyone looking to qualify for the elite division (or any division for that matter), the online qualifier is once again much earlier than most.
The 2027 NorCal Classic online qualifier will run from January 7-24, 2027.
Right now you can get 17% off for early bird registration. That special pricing runs through October 31, 2026. After that, you can still register but it will be at regular pricing.
As for the 2027 CrossFit Games season, we are still waiting on more information. We do know the three-week Open will run from February 18 to March 8.
Allegedly that there will be changes to the team qualification process. Maybe more in-person competitions and a worldwide leaderboard to determine the top teams to advance. It’s just rumors, though. Rumors.
