We were waiting on the repeat workout and this week we got it. The 2025 CrossFit Open 25.2 workout is a repeat of 22.3.
Live from CrossFit Incendia in Peoria, Arizona, it unveiled that this week’s 25.2 Open workout is a repeat from three years ago. It’s also just the third time thrusters have been programmed before the final week of the CrossFit Open.

21 thrusters (weight 1)
18 chest-to-bar pull-ups
36 double-unders
18 thrusters (weight 2)
15 bar muscle-ups
30 double-unders
15 thrusters (weight 3)
♀ 65-lb | 75-lb | 85-lb barbell
♂ 95-lb | 115-lb | 135-lb barbell
