The 2023 REBEL Renegade Games is host to the Africa Semifinal for the CrossFit Games. The first place man, woman and team at this year’s Africa Semifinal will receive an invite to the CrossFit Games in Madison, Wisconsin, this August.
The good news for CrossFit fans is that the organizers will be live streaming all three days (and all events) on their YouTube channel this weekend. Below are the live streams for each day of competition.
