Whoa…19.5 is a doozy! Guessing a thruster/CTB couplet was not a surprise…but 105 reps of each? No one would have guessed that. This workout will have a different strategy for the top athletes (Mat Fraser in 6:53…what?) versus those who are Regional Sanctional athletes versus the rest of us.
