Athlete Reactions to Regional Workout Announcement

So by now you’ve probably seen that the first individual Regional workout has been released by Dave Castro. If not, check it out here (we’ll wait).

Ok, so a workout that features a 3/4 mile run, strict handstand push-ups, chest-to-bar pull-ups and air squats, all with a 5.11 Tactical weight vest. Sounds fun, right? Let’s see how some CrossFit Regional athletes have reacted to Castro’s announcement.
