Sure, we don’t have CrossFit HQ’s version of ‘Road to the Games’ anymore, but that doesn’t mean you are out of luck. Invictus, the first of three CF Invictus teams to qualify for the 2019 CrossFit Games, has been giving fans an inside look at their training as they prepare for Madison.
In their latest episode, follow Lauren Fisher, Regan Huckaby, Rasmus Anderson and Tommy Vinas to Shanghai, China, as they compete in the Asia CrossFit Championship.
Team Invictus Grown Strong would take 2nd place overall, behind none other than Mayhem Freedom.
Invictus, along with 13 other teams, will square off in Madison, Wisconsin beginning August 1.
