The Individual Online Semifinals are exactly one month away – they begin on June 11. However, athletes who qualified for the Online Semifinals received an email today regarding equipment requirements. In the email, CrossFit has notified athletes that they will need a heavy medicine ball for one of the workouts.
Men will need a 30-pound (14 kg) medicine ball while women will need a 20-pound (9 kg) medicine ball.
Aside from the heavy medicine ball, CrossFit told athletes that the remainder of equipment needed for the Online Semifinals “consists of standard gear typically found in a CrossFit affiliate.
