The 1st place finishers, Streat Hoerner and Laura Horvath, also will win $9,000 for winning the qualifier. Everyone who qualified walks away with at least $500. On the team side, $5,000 goes to 1st place.
And while the Finals will be stacked with CrossFit Games veterans, there were a few notable athletes falling on the wrong side of the cut line. Last year’s 3rd place Games finisher Lukas Hogberg finished 37th. Alexandre Caron and Zeke Grove finished 42nd and 54th, respectively.
