From young to old, the Age Group Divisions give a glimpse into the future of elite athletes to what is possible no matter what age you are. The first three days of the 2023 NOBULL CrossFit Games featured 180 athletes from nine different age groups vying to be the fittest among their peers.
Athletes as young as 14 to 68 years old, the age group athletes took on eight events over the course of the week. Here are the top 3 podium winners from each age group division.
