How to Watch the French Throwdown

The 2026 French Throwdown begins tomorrow, Friday, May 15. For those in the United States, especially on the west coast, action begins early in the morning. Below is the schedule (with times for the U.S.), links to the live stream (on YouTube) and the leaderboard.

Elite Individual and Teams Schedule

Elite individuals will take on six workouts while the elite teams will face five events. Below is the schedule for the start of all the elite events. Note that the times listed below are Eastern Time.

FRIDAY
4:50am – Team Event 1 (Rogue Arena)
8:53am – Team Event 2 (Reebok Arena)
9:30am – Individual Event 1 (Reebok Arena)

SATURDAY
5:45am – Team Event 3 (Rogue Arena)
6:12am – Individual Event 2 (Reebok Arena)
10:19am – Team Event 4 (Reebok Arena)
11:01am – Individual Event 3 (Reebok Arena)

SUNDAY
2:00am – Individual Event 4 (Reebok Arena)
6:12am – Team Event 5 (Reebok Arena)
7:12am – Individual Event 5 (Reebok Arena)
10:41am – Individual Event 6 (Reebok Arena)

LIVE STREAM

The French Throwdown will be live streamed on the French Throwdown YouTube channel and also embedded on the CrossFit Games website. There will be two live streams…one in French and one in English.

For the English version, Pedro from Coffee Pods and Wods will run the commentary. Let’s just hope no one cramps this year.

On top of the two languages, there is also a separate stream for the Rogue Arena/Gymnasium. Only two of the elite team events will be in this arena, but it’s worth noting if you are looking to watch those.
