Kaitlyn Kassis Joins Invictus Boston

Just three days after Meg Reardon elected to compete as an individual at the 2019 CrossFit Games, Invictus Boston has found a replacement. This morning Invictus Boston announced that Kaityln Kassis will be joining the team. Kassis rounds out the team of Kelsey Kiel, Tola Morakinyo and Craig Kenney.

Kassis brings with her CrossFit Games experience as she was on CrossFit Invictus X’s 2nd place team last year. She also competed on CrossFit Davis’ Games team in 2016. Kassis finished 75th worldwide in the CrossFit Open this year.

Invictus Boston earned their trip to the CrossFit Games by winning the CrossFit French Throwdown, the final Sanctional of the year.

CrossFit Invictus will now be sending three teams to the CrossFit Games. CrossFit Invictus X is made up by Sam Dancer, Holden Rethwill, Margaux Alvarez and Kristi Eramo. Invictus’ roster is Lauren Fisher, Regan Huckaby, Tommy Vinas and Rasmus Anderson.
