LatAM Masters Online Qualifier Underway

The LatAm Masters online qualifier is officially underway. Yesterday, Rich Froning and Facundo Etchecolatz from Mayhem Athlete announced the three qualifier workouts. Masters athletes looking to compete at the in-person Semifinal in Colombia have until January 31, 2026, to complete the workouts and submit their scores with video.

If you are looking to register but are having a hard time finding the qualifier site, it is not on Competition Corner. Instead, you must head over to PukieBook.com. 

Once on Pukie Book, you can register for your age group division. 

Workout 1

For Time:
90 Double Unders
45 Toes-to-Bar
15 Deadlifts
90 Double Unders
30 Pull-ups
10 Deadlifts
90 Double Unders
15 Bar Muscle-Ups
5 Deadlifts

Time Cap: 15 minutes

Barbell Weight:
35-49: 315/215 lbs
50-64: 225/155 lbs
65+: 205/145 lbs

Workout 2

4 Rounds for Time:
25/20 Calories Row
20 Box Jump Over (step down) (24/20″)
15 Double Back Hang Snatch (50/35 lbs)

Time Cap: 12 minutes

Workout 3A & 3B

6:00 AMRAP
3,6,9,12,15… Thrusters & Bar-Facing Burpees

Barbell Weight:
35-64: 115/85 lbs
65+: 65/45 lbs

Rest 1:00

From 7:00 – 10:00
Establish 1RM of Squat Clean + Front Squat


As mentioned earlier, athletes have until January 31 to submit scores for all of the workouts.

The LatAM Masters Semifinal will compete in Medellin, Colombia, on June 12-14. The top athletes will advance to the 2026 Masters CrossFit Games in San Jose, California.
