The most programmed .com workout is the 5k run. And that’s what the 20 men and 20 women will face to start the 2026 Mayhem Classic.
Workout 1 will be on Friday. Where? That’s still TBD as the infographic on Instagram has the location redacted.
On top of the hidden location, there are two additional lines that have yet to be disclosed. Could it be additional elements or a ruck or a weight vest?
Without knowing the exact details of the workout and just focusing on the 5k run, some familiar names will be expected to be atop the leaderboard after this one.
Jeff Adler will likely be the heavy favorite following by Roman Khrennikov. After that Jayson Hopper and Austin Hatfield would be near the front.
On the women’s side, Emma Lawson and Haley Adams should be in contention for the event win. However, this one could set up well for Caitlin Bernardin. Liz Wishart, Emily Rolfe and Lucy Campbell will also likely be near the front.
The 2026 Mayhem Classic is April 17-19 in Cookeville, Tennessee. Tickets for Saturday and Sunday are still available.
