A couple months ago Rich Froning said, “I love you, but I’m not in love with you.” He said that in a video where he shared how they were still evaluating how people could watch the Mayhem Classic this year. At the time, one of the options they were considering was publishing post-produced videos after each event was completed.
However, on Episode 075 of The Rich Froning Podcast, Rory McKernan confirmed that there will be a livestream of the 2026 Mayhem Classic.

To help cover the cost of the livestream, Mayhem will be hosting an online community event “for a nominal fee”. The workouts will be programmed by Mayhem and appear that they will closely follow the actual Mayhem Classic programming, but be doable within a CrossFit affiliate and accessible to the community. More details to follow.
The 2026 Mayhem Classic is the first Semifinal of the 2026 CrossFit Games season. It is April 17-19 at CrossFit Mayhem in Cookeville, Tennessee. The top 3 men and top 3 women will qualify for the CrossFit Games.
