While we are getting ready for the start of the 2025 CrossFit Games, the registration for the 2025 Everyday Hero Service Cup officially opened this afternoon. Presented by CrossFit Mayhem, the Everyday Hero Service Cup is a two-phase competition where service members can compete against each other.

The first phase is an online competition with the top athletes from five service professions advancing to the Everyday Hero Service Games, an in-person final competition, at CrossFit Mayhem on November 15.
The Everyday Hero Service Cup runs from September 15-22. Service members are obviously able to register, but so can everyone else via the Service Supporter division.
There are two options for registering for online competition:
- US$10 – event only
- US$45 – event + T-shirt bundle

Eligible service professions include:
- Military
- Medical
- Firefighter
- Educator
- Law Enforcement
- CrossFit Professional* (Coach/Trainer/Affiliate Owner)
- Service Supporter* (This is a new category open to any athlete who want to compete in a supportive capacity.)
*Athletes in these categories will not be eligible to move on to the in-person event.
Additionally, every athlete who registers will receive three free months of Mayhem Everyday Hero programming.
