Syndicate Crown Extends Invites to Top 20 from 2025 CrossFit Games

The Syndicate Crown is returning to Knoxville, Tennessee, again in 2026 as a CrossFit Games Semifinal. Forty men and 40 women will compete inside the Knoxville Civic Coliseum vying to qualify for the 2026 CrossFit Games.

For athletes looking to compete at this year’s Syndicate Crown, there are two paths…but one is too late. That is because 20 special invites have been extended to the top 20 men and women from the 2025 CrossFit Games. Athletes like Jayson Hopper, Ricky Garard, Dallin Pepper, Austin Hatfield, Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr, Lucy Campbell, Olivia Kerstetter, Danielle Brandon and more have all received an invite to compete this May.

For the rest of the field, Syndicate will invite the top 20 worldwide in the CrossFit Quarterfinals. The Quarterfinals leaderboard will also be used to backfill any remaining spots.

But just because an athlete like James Sprague received an invite this afternoon, it does not mean they are automatically eligible. All athletes must register for the 2026 CrossFit Open and Quarterfinals. They must also finish in the top 2,000 worldwide in Quarterfinals.

The 2026 Syndicate Crown is May 29-31 at the Knoxville Civic Coliseum in Knoxville, Tennessee. The top 3 men and top 3 women will earn an invite to compete at the 2026 CrossFit Games this July.

Oh, and don’t forget about teams. Syndicate Crown will be the ONLY Semifinal in North America to host an in-person team Semifinal this year. The top 3 teams will also earn a trip to compete in San Jose, California.
