TCB4ALL, the Online Qualifier for Copa Sur, Now Live

Copa Sur is returning once again as a Semifinal competition for the CrossFit Games season. In 2026, Copa Sur will host individuals and teams as they look to qualify for the 2026 CrossFit Games.

Qualifying for the 2026 Copa Sur is a little different than last year. One big change is that Copa Sur is open to athletes from around the world. There are no regional restrictions on who can compete.

For both individuals and teams, there are multiple ways to qualify for Copa Sur. However, the TCB4ALL online qualifier is the last remaining path (other than the potential individual wild card invite).

Individuals (How to Qualify)

  • TCB4ALL Online Qualifier. The top 22 men and women in the online qualifier will receive an invite to compete at Copa Sur.
  • Previous In-Person Events. There are three ways for athletes to earn their spot to Copa Sur via an in-person competition…
    • 2025 Copa Sur. Top 3 men and women from last year’s Copa Sur will receive an automatic invite.
    • 2025 TCB. Top 2 men and women will receive an invite to compete at Copa Sur.
    • 2025 Argentina Throwdown. Top 2 men and women will receive an invite to compete at Copa Sur.
  • Wild Card Invite. Copa Sur may award one male and one female wild card invite. However, if no wild card invite is awarded, the spot will be given to the next athlete in the TCB4ALL qualifier.

Note: regardless of the path to qualify for the 2026 Copa Sur, all athletes must finish in the top 25% of the 2026 CrossFit Open and place in the top 2,000 on the worldwide Quarterfinals leaderboard.

Teams (How to Qualify)

For teams, there are only two ways to qualify for Copa Sur. There is no potential wild card invite.

  • TCB4ALL Online Qualifier. The top 16 teams in the online qualifier will receive an invite to compete at Copa Sur.
  • Previous In-Person Events. There are three ways for athletes to earn their spot to Copa Sur via an in-person competition…
    • 2025 Copa Sur. Top 2 teams from last year’s Copa Sur will receive an automatic invite.
    • 2025 TCB. Top team will receive an invite to compete at Copa Sur.
    • 2025 Argentina Throwdown. Top team will receive an invite to compete at Copa Sur.

Note: athletes on a qualifying team must be signed up for the 2026 CrossFit Open with the same affiliate. The team must be CrossFit affiliated at the time of qualification.

Additionally, if a team has already qualified via an in-person event, is not CrossFit affiliated, or if any team in the TCB4ALL qualification does not accept their spot, their qualifying spot goes to the next team in the TCB4ALL ranking.
