The Team Quarterfinals leaderboard is now officially locked and final. After just over a week to review video submissions and team eligibility requirements, CrossFit has finished its review process and Peak 360 CrossFit has claimed the top spot on the leaderboard.
The top 30 teams from each region will now be invited to compete at the CrossFit Semifinals next month, beginning with the French Throwdown, host of the Europe Semifinal, and the Far East Throwdown, host of the Asia Semifinal.
While there was little movement at the top of the worldwide leaderboard, there were several teams disqualified for failing to meet the team eligibility requirements set forth in the 2024 CrossFit Games rulebook. Most of the teams who were disqualified had an athlete perform an Open workout at location outside of the team’s registered CrossFit affiliate.
Two teams from last year’s CrossFit Games, CrossFit Kilo II and CrossFit CLT The Grit Haus, were both disqualified this year.
The top 30 teams advancing to Semifinals will now look to qualify for the 2024 CrossFit Games in Fort Worth, Texas. The number of qualifying spots to the CrossFit Games from each Semifinal is as follows:
North America East: 8
North America West: 7
Europe: 8
Oceania: 3
South America: 2
Asia: 1
Africa: 1
