Team Quarterfinals Tests Released

The team Quarterfinals are upon us. After watching the individuals take the stage two weeks ago, the workouts for the teams have been released this afternoon. The team Quarterfinals include four tests, but five scored events. Here are the tests…

Team Test 1

15-minute AMRAP:
10 synchro front squats (all 4 athletes)
3 handstand walks each (25 feet, alternating reps, MM/FF pairs)
Men/Women weights: 185/125 lbs.

Team Test 2

Starting at 0:00, every 3 minutes for 18 minutes, alternating between MM and FF pairs:
Row 400 meters (athletes on their own rower)
10 synchro shoulder-to-overheads
Max rope climbs in time remaining (1 rope, 1 athlete working at a time)
Men/Women weights: 185/125 lbs.

Team Test 3A & 3B

TEST 3A:

For time, 1 athlete at a time, F/M/F/M:
10 bar muscle-ups
20 deadlifts
30 GHD sit-ups
20 deadlifts
10 bar muscle-ups
Men/Women weights: 275/185 lbs.
Time cap: 25 minutes

TEST 3B:

As soon as the second male athlete completes his last muscle-up, or the time cap of Test 3 is reached, the team will have 5 minutes to complete as many reps as possible of:
Clean and jerks
Men/Women weights: 275/185 lbs.

7-minute AMRAP (M/F), followed by 7-minute AMRAP (M/F):
1,2,3,4, etc., shuttle runs
2,4,6,8, etc., synchro dumbbell thrusters
Men/Women weights: 50/35 lbs. Dumbbells
