Every year Dave Castro hand selects athletes who are not competing at that year’s CrossFit Games to help him test and refine the events that will challenge those competing to the Fittest on Earth.
Two weeks ago, Castro shared a photo with several athletes testing events at The Ranch. Along with Alex Parker and Meredith Root were Marquan Jones and Dylan Martin. Both Jones and Martin are absent from the official demo team roster.
