The top 10 worldwide on 16.2 featured some of the best CrossFitters of all time. The top 3 men were Ben Smith, Rich Froning and Mat Fraser. The top 3 women were Kara Webb (Saunders), Brooke Wells and Sara Sigmundsdottir. Not too bad!
Now that the scores from 19.2 have all been submitted, let’s take a look how the best in the world in 2016 fared three years later (spoiler: they crushed it!).

Kara Webb absolutely crushed 16.2 three years ago, beating the next best time by almost a minute! This year, Brooke Wells blitzed this workout, making it look easy! Sara Sigmundsdottir also improved a ton over the past three years. Compared to the men, several more are not competing in the Open in 2019.
