Two New Gymnastics Movements Coming to the 2026 CrossFit Games

Last night while on the Girls Unfiltered podcast, Dave Castro revealed two new movements that will make their debut at the 2026 CrossFit Games. The Forward Roll From Support and the Backward Roll to Support will be programmed on Sunday of this year’s CrossFit Games.

Castro shared the video on the podcast and then immediately shared it on Instagram. The video shows Jacob Marlow and Trista Smith demoing the new gymnastics movements.
