Two of the absolute legends in the sport, Kara Saunders and Kristin Holte, have completed the first Open workout of the 2024 CrossFit Games season. Saunders, just five months post-partum with her second child, is set to go team in her return to the competition floor this year. Holte, also a mother, gave birth to her first child in June 2023.
