The Norwegian CrossFit Championship will host the 20.3 live Open announcement Oct 24., and, appropriately, two Norwegian nationals will compete. Kristin Holte, runner-up at the 2019 CrossFit Games and five-time top finisher in her country will perform the workout alongside Nicolay Billaudel, Norway’s 2019 fittest man.
The third of five Open workouts will go live from CrossFit Gamlebyen in Oslo, the recently opened affiliate where Billaudel coaches.
“How cool is this,” Billaudel said on Instagram. “…Can’t wait to show off our new box and compete at the same time.”

Former gymnast and endurance athlete Holte is a Games veteran with six appearances under her belt. Her best performance came last year as runner-up to Tia-Clair Toomey, finishing no lower than 7th in any event. She also finished third worldwide in the Open last year – so given her recent history, you’ll want to keep an eye on this one.
