In an email sent to CrossFit affiliates this afternoon, Jenna Hauca was announced as the new Chief Marketing Officer.
Hauca joins CrossFit after leading global marketing efforts as Senior Vice President, Marketing & Digitial at Barry’s. Prior to that Hauca spent seven years at Generator Media + Analytics where she oversaw digital, innovation, analytics, and business development.
Residing in Santa Monica, California, Hauca is participating in her first CrossFit Open.

I’m excited to introduce CrossFit’s new Chief Marketing Officer, Jenna Hauca.
Jenna joins CrossFit after spending five-plus years at Barry’s, where she led global marketing. Prior to Barry’s, Jenna oversaw digital, innovation, analytics, and business development at Generator Media + Analytics, a marketing agency based out of New York City. She was also a volunteer firefighter and nationally registered EMT and played NCAA D1 ice hockey at Princeton University, where she studied neuroscience and was published in the Journal of Physiology & Behavior. Originally from Canada, Jenna currently resides in Santa Monica with her rescue pit bull, Storm, and is enjoying her first CrossFit Open.
Because the CMO’s overarching goal of reaching new people in authentic ways has such a direct impact on our affiliates, we spent a tremendous amount of time searching for the right person. In addition to Jenna’s marketing expertise, she’s humble, passionate, and excited to join a community with such a depth of purpose.
I’ve really enjoyed getting to know Jenna and feel confident she’ll be an invaluable addition to the CrossFit team. You’ll have a chance to meet her during our Town Hall on March 28.
