From CrossFit to $1 Billion: NOBULL Lands New Investment and Launches Nutrition Brand

NOBULL closed on an investment round last month with Dynasty Financial acquiring a 3% stake in the cross-training footwear brand owned by Mike Repole and Tom Brady. The acquisition was based on a $1 billion valuation of NOBULL.

The transaction marks a huge shift from when Repole purchased NOBULL in July 2023. “Sometimes when brands start to grow, they have growing pains. I came in and saw an opportunity where I can buy the brand, buy the company, and take it from CrossFit to mainstream,” Repole said back in January. Following Repole’s acquisition of NOBULL, the company merged with Tom Brady’s TB12 and Brady Brand. Brady was added as a co-owner in NOBULL at that time.

The company is now in process of launching NOBULL Nutrition with an early focus on protein and electrolytes. As part of the launch, TB12 will be shut down.

NOBULL has also added to its roster of endorsers and partners. Influencer and former LSU gymnasy Livvy Dunne and Islanders player Matthew Schaefer have joined the NOBULL team.
