When you see some dude dancing and doing the splits on a weightlifting platform, the first thing that comes to mind is not “oh, he must be a Pan American Youth Champion”. But that’s exactly what Robert Whitlock is.
Whitlock, or should we just call him Rob the Golden Jet, just won the 2026 Pan American Youth Championships in Guayaquil, Ecuador. He also holds multiple American records.
But while his lifts are impressive, so are his splits. Check it out below.
