In conjunction with the start of the 2023 WheelWOD Games, pliability has launched a new Adaptive Mobility Collection designed for the needs of adaptive athletes. Partnering with WheelWOD, the new mobility program provides custom routines for both seated and standing individuals.

The introduction of our Adaptive Mobility Collection aligns with this commitment, providing tailored routines crafted by adaptive athletes who understand what their bodies need,” says Cody Mooney, Director of Performance at pliability.
pliability also has plans to expand their adaptive programming in 2024 by featuring programming inclusive for all adaptive athletes in the fitness space.
The new Adaptive Mobility Collection is available at pliability.com in addition to the apps on iOS and Android.
