For the past several years, Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr and the rest of the PRVN Fitness team have called CrossFit East Nashville their home. This offseason, however, Shane, Tia and the rest of the PRVN Fitness team made the decision to create their own PRVN HQ.
Lauded as “Nashville’s Newest Affiliate & Elite Training Center“, PRVN Fitness acquired a 21,000-square foot industrial building just south of downtown Nashville. The building, prior to the sale was home to 8th and Berry Wine and Spirits.
As first reported by the Nashville Post, an entity related to Tia and Shane acquired the building on 1.02 acres for $6.5 million. It was, however, originally listed for sale for $7.75 million.
It is unclear when PRVN HQ will be open for business, but based on Instagram it appears all (or at least a lot) of the Rogue Fitness equipment is on site, ready to be installed. On top of that, five weeks ago PRVN Fitness had posted a job listing for an Affiliate General Manager.
But as of now, the new location is not listed on CrossFit’s affiliate directory.
