Reebok is taking their current training shoe, the Nano X3, outside the gym with the new Nano X3 Adventure Training Shoes. As part of the Nano Adventure Series, this new shoe builds upon the Nano X3, but adds some new features better suited for the outdoors.
Those new features include a more rugged outsole and a water resistant mesh and forefoot overlays.
With the outsole, Reebok partnered with Vibram to create the ECOSTEP RECYCLE EVO Outsole. Made with 30% recycled rubber, this new outsole is more aggressive to provide better traction when working out on uneven or slippery surfaces.
As for rain or mud, the Nano X3 Adventure Training Shoe has a water resistant vamp mesh and forefoot overlays to keep your foot dry along with added durability for outdoor elements.
“Our goal remains the same: provide fitness enthusiasts with the best training shoe for any and all demands,” says Tal Short, Product Director at Reebok. “The Nano X3 Adventure allows athletes to take their workout outside with confidence, whether it be gravel, sticks, mud or rain, you can tackle it all.”
The new Reebok Nano X3 Adventure training shoe will be available on Reebok.com and select retailers beginning on July 14 for $150 USD. At release, three men’s and three women’s colorways will drop with additional pack drops throughout the season.
