We are only four days away from the CrossFit Invitational. The exhibition event featuring the top CrossFit athletes from across the globe have arrived in Canada and will be competing in a two-hour team competition.
This year will likely have a bigger audience as the location of the 2017 CrossFit Games will be announced following the event. The community has been eagerly awaiting an announcement following Justin Bergh’s letter stating that CrossFit was evaluating locations outside of the StubHub Center.
Dave Castro has visited and hinted at several locations in the running including Chattanooga, Tennessee; Jacksonville, Florida; Madison, Wisconsion; and Boston, Massachusetts. So far it appears that the 2017 Games will stay in the United States, but we will find out for sure on Sunday afternoon.
