“Athlete WOD” – 5/8/17

Based on your feedback from or survey (it’s still open – we’d love to hear from you!), some of you wanted workout ideas. Since we aren’t programming experts we’re going to do something a little different.

Each day we will post a workout from a top athlete that looks interesting. For those who try it, feel free to post your results in the comments.
