Bethany Branham Will Be Bethany Shadburne on the 2018 Leaderboard

Bethany Branham came out of nowhere earlier this year as she took the top spot in the South Central region during the CrossFit Open (she was 20th worldwide). She also qualified for the CrossFit Games in her first attempt at Regionals. Branham would ultimately finish 22nd at the CrossFit Games in her rookie debut.

But now as we get closer to the start of the new year and begin looking ahead to the 2018 CrossFit Games season, Bethany will be going by a different name – Shadburne. It appears that Bethany and her ex-husband Doug are no longer together. It is unclear whether the divorce is official, but it appears the couple separated back in May.
