Brent Fikowski took to his Facebook page yesterday while sitting in the airport to summarize his thoughts after Day 1 at the Ranch. After a 3rd place finish and an event victory, Fikowski sat in 2nd place as they headed back to Carson.
Fikowski gives a nice recap of his thoughts during the trail run and how short of a turnaround it was between the run and the deadlift ladder. He knew the Ranch Mini Chipper was a good event for him and believed he could pull out the victory.
