CrossFit used the Facebook Live platform yesterday to show Brooke Ence and Tia-Clair Toomey go head-to-head on a WOD. The two CrossFit Games veterans did a workout for time consisting of lateral burpee-over-the-bar, front squats and CTB pull-ups with a 6-9-12-9-6 rep scheme.
The two stayed on pace early on, but Toomey started to pull away on the round of 12. The two-time CrossFit Games runner-up ultimately went on to win the head-to-head match up.
The footage is pretty choppy, but it was streamed on Facebook Live’s platform. There were professional cameramen (and women) circling the workout so look out for a more produced, higher-quality video coming soon.
