Brooke Ence didn’t qualify for the CrossFit Games this year, but fortunately for us she has released the first #ITMAKESENCE video, titled Hot Dog Bod, on her YouTube channel. With video by Ence’s husband, Marston Sawyers, the video has a CrossFit HQ feel to it.
During the 11-minute video, Ence grabs a cup of coffee, answers questions from social media, tries on shorts and overalls that don’t fit, a monologue on why her clothes don’t hit (this is where hot dog bod comes in) and a brief appearance by Tommy Marquez.
