Charlie Zamora, Danny Lehr and Scott Hisaka travel to CrossFit Krypton to lift with Ben Smith and his brothers Alec and Dane on Episode 12 of Caffeine & Kilos’ Road Dog Life series. The Smith Brothers finished tied for 4th in the Elite Team Men division at last weekend’s Wodapalooza.
Unfortunately, the Smith brothers are only featured doing a few lifts, but it’s definitely worth a watch.
