Paul Castillo was 38th in the world (4th in the Central East) in the 2016 CrossFit Open. Castillo followed that up with a 15th place finish at the Central Regional.
Castillo is currently 2nd in the world on 17.1 with a blazing time of 9:51, only 10 seconds away from the fastest time posted so far. Check out his video above and keep an eye out for him the rest of the season.
