Chyna Cho and Emily Abbott have been chosen to face off during the live announcement of the CrossFit Open workout 16.1 at NorCal CrossFit in Santa Clara, California. Cho and Abbott will be joined by two Western Digital Corporation employees to hit 16.1 during the live announcement.
CrossFit has also announced that a special announcement will be made for box owners and trainers during the Cool Down show after the workout.
Chyna Cho finished 6th at the 2015 CrossFit Games while Abbott finished 8th.
