Much has been made of Lebron James’ policy to ‘go dark’ from social media to allow himself to mentally prepare for the playoffs.

While James told everyone that he was going off social media, it appears that Dave Castro has quietly disappeared from Instagram over the past two weeks without saying anything.
Castro’s last post two weeks ago gave a preview of his dog with the new Reebok Nano 6 in its mouth. Prior to that, he posted photos with his foot on the Worm, Slug and Pig from last year’s CrossFit Games. It is likely that Castro is really focusing on putting the finishing touches on the CrossFit Games programming, so he may be in playoff, or Zero Dark Thirty, mode. If that’s the case, this year’s programming might be off the charts.
