Dave Castro is back on Instagram teasing those looking forward to the 2017 CrossFit Open. On the first day of 2017, Castro shared a photo of a notebook with the workouts written on it. In the caption, he says that he is comparing the upcoming Open workouts to past years and that this year will “sting”.
