We all knew the 2016 CrossFit Invitational was going to be held in Canada, but now we have some more details.
Where: Oshawa, Ontario (just east of Toronto)
Venue: General Motors Centre (photo of arena above)
When: Sunday, November 20 at 4pm Eastern Time
How to Watch: Games.CrossFit.com and YouTube.com/CrossFit
The competition will be two hours, just like last year. Also, the event will be rebroadcast on ESPN at a later date.
On September 27, CrossFit will announce the athletes competing in the event and how to get tickets to watch in-person.
