CrossFit Games veteran Elijah Muhammad and his wife welcomed their son, Kaizen Bin Elijah Muhammad, on December 1. Kaizen was 9 pounds, 9 ounces and he is the couple’s 4th child.
Muhammad is set for a busy week. Along with caring for his newborn son, he is scheduled to compete next Sunday, December 11, at the American Open. Muhammad will lift in the B session of the 94kg weight class.
