And this is what everyone has been waiting to see…Rich Froning, Ben Smith and Mat Fraser battling it out face to face. Last year Froning and Fraser knew it was between them on 15.5 to take the top spot in the CrossFit Open. They pushed as hard as they could knowing that’s what it would take, but they didn’t know how they did until they each posted their scores right before the deadline.
This year will be different. Froning, Smith and Fraser will compete head-to-head-to-head at the Ranch in Aromas, California, for the 16.5 announcement.
