Kristin Reffett is Going Individual in 2018

We knew Kristin Reffett was leaving CrossFit Mayhem‘s team after this season. We also knew she was leaving Tennessee and heading to Colorado. What we didn’t know were her plans for the 2018 CrossFit Games season.

But now we do.

Reffett confirmed her intentions for 2018 in the comments section of her latest Instagram post. When asked if she was going team or individual, Reffett’s response, “indy”.

The move to Colorado will put her in the South West region and the South Regional. That is, if the Open and Regional formats do not change.

Reffett finished 6th in the Central East during the Open this past year.
