Malleolo, Hendel are Going Team in 2017

CrossFit Games veterans and fan favorites Austin Malleolo and Spencer Hendel are officially going to compete on a team in 2017. Malleolo posted on Instagram that he will be competing on Team Reebok CrossFit One this season alongside Spencer Hendel, Conor Murphy, Kait Brierley, Rachel Simone and Allyson Leard (formerly Bushey).

Malleolo is a five-time Games veteran. Hendel is a six-time Games veteran. Simone has competed as an individual at the Games one time and on CrossFit New England’s team once. Leard has competed on CrossFit New England’s team at the Games twice. Brierley and Murphy have not competed at the Games.

Here we go!!! The announcement means that the East regional’s individual leaderboard will look much different this spring. Malleolo and Hendel have been in the mix at regionals year in and year out.
