Sport Chek is the largest Canadian retailer of sports clothing and equipment. The company’s website has created a page for the new Nike Romaleos 3. The shoes are still not available, but the price listed is $264.99 CAD, which is close to $200 USD.
The only colorway shown right now is black with a white swoosh on the toe box. You can, however, zoom in on the shoe and the sole to get a better view of the long awaited release of the next generation Nike weightlifting shoe. The description of the shoe states there is a 20-millimeter offset (or heel) which is 0.78 inches.
No date for the release has been made public, but according to a rep at Foranzi, Sport Chek’s parent company, a January 2017 release date is expected. Whether they are available in the United States prior to then is still up in the air.
The Nike Romaleos 2 are still available on the Rogue Fitness website and are discounted to $169.99 USD for most colorways.
